The benefits of a day hospital
Same day procedure
As a day hospital, all patients admitted for a procedure are discharged home the same day which typically incorporates a stay of 2-4 hours.
Competitive rates
With few surgeries each day compared to large hospitals, patients enjoy the benefit of more intimate care at competitive procedure rates.
Patient care
Shorter hospital stays, early mobilisation and experienced nurse-led follow up means patients can recover in the comfort of their own home.
Jolimont Day Hospital Net Promoter Score®
Coming soon
At Jolimont Day Hospital, we are committed to providing patients with exceptional care. We seek feedback to continually improve the service we provide to our patients and their caregivers.
We encourage our patients to complete a survey following their procedure, and included in the survey is a Net Promoter Score (NPS) question, ‘Would you recommend Jolimont Day Hospital to their family or friends?’
A NPS is an index ranging from 0 to 100 and measures the willingness of patients to recommend a hospital’s services to others.
To calculate the NPS, the percentage of unsatisfied patients (or detractors) is subtracted from the percentage of satisfied patients (or advocates). The higher the score, the greater the number of satisfied patients that would recommend the hospital.
Since Jolimont Day Hospital has recently opened, we are yet to collect enough data to display. We look forward to your insights and are committed to delivering the best care possible.
