At Jolimont Day Hospital, we are focused on continuous improvement of patient care and value your feedback. As a consumer of the services we provide, we welcome both your feedback and your suggestions. Your honest feedback is very important to us, and any suggestions for improvement you may have will be valued and welcomed.
If you did not complete our Patient Satisfaction Survey in the recovery area, we ask that you complete it online after you get home.
If there is any aspect of your care that you are unhappy with, please contact the Director of Nursing at adminjdh@jolimontdayhospital.com.au. We will promptly acknowledge and investigate any complaint and communicate the outcome and any recommendations with you. If your complaint is unresolved, you can contact The Health Care Complaints Commission.
